Intro to Financial Pro Formas – $95

This course provides an introduction to financial pro formas for a residential housing project. The sessions will focus on developing a static financial pro forma, which will provide the key land valuation needed by both sellers and buyers. A sample pro forma will provide the typical format used in the housing industry and how to obtain or develop the key assumptions. The more detailed cash flow model will also be discussed.
