Intro to House Construction – $95

This course will provide an introduction to the house construction process, which includes the purchasing, bids, subcontractors, scheduling, and inspections. Also sometimes referred to as “vertical construction”, this course will give brief overviews of the various major phases of the construction process, such as the foundations, framing, MEP, drywall, and finishes.
Course Length: Approximately 3 – 4 Hours

Session 4 – Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing
Session 5 – Windows/Doors
Session 6 – Drywall
Session 7 – Exterior Finishes
Session 8 – Interior Finishes
Session 9 – Certificate of Occupancy
