Intro to Water Quality Management – $95

Water QualityThis course will provide an introduction to “water quality management”, which has become an increasingly complex and difficult component of land development in California. The sessions will provide a overview of the State Water Resources Control Board and the nine Regional Water Quality Control Boards throughout the state. As well, a long list of acronyms will be discussed and how they relate to either construction or post-construction water quality management.

John Kaye has over 30 years experience within the land development and homebuilding industries, having held senior management positions with The Irvine Company, Koll Real Estate Group, and Brookfield Homes. As a developer, John has overseen the land acquisition, entitlements, and development of master planned communities, residential tracts, urban infill sites, and land assemblages. His experience and skill sets include land acquisition, land brokerage, project management, market analysis, finance, and strategic planning.



kris weber

Kris Weber is a principal at Hunsaker and Associates, with over 37 years experience in land development planning and engineering. Kris manages the firm’s planning and design group, and is the leader of the company’s Surface Water Quality Department. His experience includes service to the largest land developers and homebuilders throughout California. Kris also teaches water quality management courses to other water quality professionals and homebuilding staff.
