Residential Development Certification – $595
This certification program consists of 8 courses that will provide the basics of residential development. The courses will provide introductions to the beginning stages of development, such as land acquisition and entitlements, and provide coursework in engineering, title review, architecture, and construction.
Course Length: Approximately 3 – 4 Hours Per Course
Course 1 – Intro to Land Acquisition
Course 2 – Intro to Land Development
Course 3 – Intro to Entitlements
Course 4 – Intro to Final Engineering
Course 5 – Intro to Architectural Plans
Course 6 – Intro to House Construction
Course 7 – Intro to Pro Formas (Land Valuation)
Course 8 – How to Review a Title Report
